     Eddy's Recipes
Your recipes are understandable, and not intimidating, for someone who is a much better eater than cook. Also, the way your comments are written made me think, "This is a woman I would like to get to know." We have tried, with success, your waffles, biscuits and orange-apple brunch soufflé (we used real eggs). Our daughter and son in law will be here next week. He is diabetic and we will have your soufflé for breakfast one morning. We plan to use your oriental chicken with peaches soon. The peach tree that I planted about two years ago when we moved to Stillwater, OK has lots of peaches.
