I really enjoyed your article on the Catskills. I guess I am a little bit younger than you, because by the time my parents shlepped me to the Catskills, most of the hotels had modern (1960's) conveniences and were quite fancy shmancy. I remember staying at Brown's and the Nevele. About 8 years ago I returned with some friends to the Concorde. Nothing had changed! Even the comedians were telling the same jokes. Most of my holidays were spent in Ste. Agathe, at the Castle-des-Monts Hotel. I wonder if any of your readers have any memories of that great institution.
