First the cover - We loved it and that little bluebird with the flowers and stuff - Arnold you're a genius! Your article, Michael, brought back so many memories - The Red Apple Rest - a landmark, and removing it to make way for the thruway was very unfair - Who hasn't dovened at the alter of Grossinger's or the Concord if you were into the big time? Shortly after I was married we went to the Concord with another couple and after dinner, we would station ourselves next to the jewelry counter and watch the women drag (and drop) their husbands at the counter in search for a girl's best friend. So we loved your editorial - Glad you're planning more - Nostalgia sells!
