Thank you- for your project. It brought me great pleasure to read pieces of the glossary, but equally as important was your editorial on the tragedy of the war, I am afraid the US government is about to commit. I will send you a donation by check. I am always curious about the remaining Yiddish speakers. how do you come by this labor of love and love of the language? I am a 55 year old daughter of holocaust survivors and have few opportunities to speak the language but love it. thanks again for your work. PS. I was notified about your site by a dear friend who is Irish, lives in northern California, works for a Jewish musician, and is also currently working with a theater group which is putting on a play about the leftist chicken farmers in Petaluma California. So you see how the world goes around. kind of sweet isn't it.
