Hello...........Wow, I read almost every article this week. You guys are doing a great job!! The item below was part of the article comparing deli's in Los Angeles and New York. I am an ex-New Yorker and my Mother, Aunt Anna and Aunt Lena are all great cooks and bakers. They all attest to the fact that the recipes they brought to CA from NY turned out different in CA.......and the only difference was the water. I rest my case............LOL!!
